Design Your Event

The 72hr Event One

Bring your event to life with a fully custom design suite—delivered in just 72 hours. From a formal invite and welcome sign to a bespoke illustration pack and six design elements of your choice, every detail is crafted to match your style and vision. It’s the ideal mix of creativity, flexibility, and speed—perfect for making your event feel truly unforgettable.

    3. Logo (initial, word, symbol) can be used across stickers, napkins, stamps ect for a personal touch (optional)

  • Step 1: Fill Out the Form

    Elizabeth has prepared a comprehensive form designed to capture your full vision for the project. Please answer each question thoroughly and include any visual inspiration or reference files—this ensures everything is aligned from the start and nothing is lost in translation.

    Step 2: Initial Call with Elizabeth

    After reviewing your form, Elizabeth will prepare mock-up concepts to present during your initial call. During this meeting, you’ll walk through each element of the package together—this is your opportunity to clarify every detail and express any preferences or dislikes. Based on your discussion, you’ll confirm the 3-day design period on the calendar. The final two days of this window will require your availability for timely feedback.

    Step 3: Pay Deposit & Sign Contract

    A 40% deposit is required at any time up to one week before your scheduled 72-hour design period. A contract will also be signed at this stage.

    The 72-Hour Design Sprint Begins

    Day 1

    Elizabeth will dedicate the entire day to designing your package.

    Day 2

    Elizabeth will work through the morning, refining the designs.

    1:00 PM: You’ll receive all design drafts for review.

    • Take time to go over everything and note any changes or suggestions (even if everything looks great!).

    7:00 PM: Send your feedback clearly, highlighting anything you’d like revised. Elizabeth will begin implementing your requested changes that evening.

    Day 3

    8:00 AM: You’ll receive the updated designs for final review.

    • Go through them carefully—this is your last opportunity to request revisions.

    1:00 PM: Submit your final feedback.

    5:00 PM: Settle the remaining 60% balance.

    8:00 PM: You’ll receive the final files along with a comprehensive printing guide

  • This package includes design only—each item comes with a complete print guide for easy production. If you'd prefer a fully printed package, that can be arranged for an additional cost.

The Personal One

A completely tailored design experience. If none of the existing packages fit your vision, The Personal One allows you to create a fully bespoke package. From selecting specific design elements to shaping the creative process around your needs, this package is built entirely around you. With no set structure, no limits, and a fully collaborative approach, we’ll craft a design experience that feels as unique as your story.
  • 1. Choose Your Package Type
    Begin by deciding whether you're planning a wedding or an event.

    2. Curate Your Design Elements
    Make a list of the design elements you'd love included in your bespoke package. Not sure where to start? Browse the design element suggestions below for inspiration.

    3. Submit Your Enquiry
    Select The Personal One and include your curated list in the description section of the enquiry form. Don’t forget to mention your availability for an initial meeting.

    4. Schedule a Meeting
    Elizabeth will be in touch via email (please check your spam/junk folder just in case) with three proposed meeting times. Simply reply with your preferred slot and she’ll confirm it in the calendar.

    5. Collaborate & Refine
    Not sure exactly what to include? No problem. In your initial meeting, Elizabeth will guide you through all the options to create a package that feels just right. You’ll review every detail together, and a tailored quote will be provided at the end. Please also consider whether you'd like design only or design + printing included.
