The Order of Service One

  • I’m here to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible during such an upsetting time. Your Order of Service booklet will be thoughtfully designed and completely personal, with just a few simple steps to guide you.

    Step 1 — Make 3 Simple Design Choices

    You can look through the examples below to help you choose.

    1. Photo Frame Style
      Choose between: Square • Circle • Polaroid

    2. Flower Design
      Select from a list of 50 flowers, each with typical colours and their meaning to help you choose something meaningful.

    3. Photo Insert Layout
      Options include:
      • 8-image divider
      • Polaroid strip layout
      • Photo collage (16–20 images)

    If you’re unsure at any point, I’m always here to guide you.

    Step 2 — Send Your Information

    For an 8-page booklet, I’ll need the following:

    1. Key Details

      • Name of your loved one

      • Date of birth – date of passing

      • Date & time of the service

      • Location(s) of the service

    2. Order of Service
      Once confirmed, please share the full running order of the service.

    3. Extra Personal Elements
      You’re welcome to include anything that helps honour them:
      poems, written notes, tributes, stories, or meaningful memories.

    4. Main Photos

      • Front cover photo

      • Inside (middle) photo

      • Back cover photo

    5. Photo Insert Images

      • 8-grid divider or polaroid strip: 8 images

      • Photo collage: 16–20 images

    Please let me know at this stage if there is anything to change or adjust. Once finalised, I can send for printing.
